All personal coaching is catered specifically to you. No cookie cutter plans. After our initial consultation I design your runs and workouts to fit your running history, fitness, and goals.

FAQ

What is the typical length of training plans?

It depends on the experience of the person and what goals they have. Most plans range from 8-16 weeks but personal coaching is written on a week to week basis.

What if I want to change my plan mid-cycle?

There is no long term commitment so if you decide you want to stop or change at any time you don’t lose anything. If a goal race changes mid cycle that is not a problem to accommodate.

How do I know which plan is for me ?

If you feel like you need the extra support, accountability, and feedback of a coach then you want to go with month to month personal coaching. If you are looking for more of a training outline then I would choose an 8, 12, or 16 week plan.

Where is Delancey loopers based ?

Delancey Loopers are based at the Delancey residence near the cross streets of Recker and Elliot.

What if I don't reside in Arizona ?

You can still receive coaching if you are not an Arizona resident. While face to face interaction is ideal, technology has cleared many barriers to help provide for a strong coach/athlete relationship online.
